The Sad Case of Diversity on Non-Cable Network TV

With the Emmys and the upcoming Fall premieres has me thinking, where is the diversity? Not talking about cable networks or even one race; talking ABC,CBS,Fox,NBC, all those involved in getting shows on air who seem to think America is still made up of one color.

However NBC does have a new show called Undercovers featuring actors Boris Kodjoe and Gugu Mbatha-Raw as two of the main characters. Other than that, this season the most diversity you will get out of the major networks  is the token spots sprinkled throughout the various shows if they have any at all.  Where is Glenn Beck when you need him.
