There is nothing like a good classic horror film. There will definitely be some classics on tv starting today and tomorrow.
Turner Classic Movies (TCM) will be kicking off Halloween right with a midnight showing of Alfred Hitchock’s Psycho. (Tonight, 12 midnight)

Over at American Movie Classics (AMC) they have been airing Fear Fest ’09, showing more recent horror films but you can also watch a few of the indie horror flicks online. The main feature will be Night of the Living Dead that will be on repeat the entire Halloween night starting at 6pm.
